Calder Odinnson I followed along behind the others with Ameridas beside me, I couldnt help the fact that my head was on a swivel. It's rare that a thief be invited into the Fortress of a king, all while being escorted by a pair of thuggish escorts and fancy bracelets... We entered the dining hall and I was damn near floored. Bloody hell I'd served drinks as a barkeep in some fancy halls but this place put them to shame. shaking my self back to reality I followed along catching up butting one of the servants out of the way with a glare as they tried to pull Ameridas' chair out for her.

Pushing in her chair I promptly sat to her left, furthest from the King on his left side. Quite possibly the most appropriate spot come to think of it given the fact that I was little more than a common-born thief and an outcast Nordic mage while Vorm was a Legatus in the Imperial Legions sitting to the kings right, Elissa, was a Forsworn, the only natives of this land who perhaps had more of a claim to it than us Nords, and Ameridas, who was a priestess of Dibella one of the Nine Aedric Divines.

The servants brought out some wine goblets placing them before each of us and informed the king that the wine would be in shortly as fresh bottles were being brought from the cellers.

I inhaled deeply listening to the others chitchatting about their lives, when an oddly faint and obscure, yet familiar scent caught my nose, it was both sweet and yet bitter smelling, I knew it and yet didn't if that makes any sense. With a frown I sat back to think it over trying to identify the scent.

I sat quietly thinking things over. I sat head in hands tapping my finger tips against my temples. I was mumbling to myself as one of the servants poured the wine into our goblets, without thought I took up my goblet, it was nearly to my lips when the smell finally revealed itself... Scathecraw...

"Morag Tong... STOP DONT DRINK THAT!"

without thought I ripped the king and queens goblets from their hands with the recently learned Telepathy spell in one hand and froze the wine within them with an ice spell in the other.

"The Morag Tong, Scathecraw poison, you've pissed someone off sir, of everyone here I'm rather sure I'm the only one who's seen the shady underside of Solstheim and frankly, I doubt I've warranted any such attacks..."

A wine bottle flew past me followed by a dagger which sliced open my cheek, "FUCKING HELL TONG! WHAT I DO TO YOU!?"

One of the servants turned bolting out the door, I raged, I slammed my fist on the table leaving an icy ring of icicles. I vaulted the table leaving a muddy boot print in the middle of the table and raced out the door after the quickly vanishing figure.

"GET BACK HERE YOU SON OF A BITCH!"

Asuna Sainama Ameridas quickly turned the corner and grabbed the figure around the throat. Her eyes almost like a raging inferno underneath her mask as she felt a new vigor in her body. "Hello little one, now why do you run from my beloved." Ameridas seen turning the corner and had the person against the wall for him to interrogate. "Do be careful beloved, I do not wish to see you hurt." She said before looking at the figure where the eyes should be. "Now be a dear, and tell the man what the business with your king was in that room." She was using her powers to try and compel the information out of the figure before she noticed the figure was shaking. It didn't take her long to see the Dawnguard amulet slip out from the robes. "Calder! He's one of them!" She cried before seeing the figure drop to the ground and begin howling as she saw the fur slowly begin forming on his changing body.

Michael Scott Kroush "Hold on," Hanali told the priestess, "let me see that amulet." The Lunari Battle Mage Captain closely examined the piece, raising an eyebrow. "This isn't an authentic Dawnguard amulet. It's a forgery, but a very good one." She then raised a silver rapier to the changing werewolf. "Tell me who sent you," she ordered.

"Embrace the new day," the assassin growled, before Hanali ran him through with the rapier.

Vorm Odinnson I stood quietly between the remaining assassin the queen and Elissa, my blade "Diinaanzahreikzahkrii" in one hand one of the wine glasses in the other, "GUARDS! Seize the staff, especially those in the cellars!"

Calder Odinnson The sun had set and the forests lay eerily silent.

"Fuck me... why did I chase a bloody Tong out into the forest at night," I stood in a muddy puddle beneath the trees looking around. I had followed a set of boot prints into the puddle but all there was leaving the puddle were a set of heavy clawed paws... Bloody Deadlands... I must have missed something.

Shit the trees... I looked up into the branches, "Gah, this is pointless, FUCK YOU AND THE TONG! YOU'RE SCUM! YOUR OWN MOTHER KNOWS THAT! YOU AND THE REST OF YOUR CREED!"

I stomped in the puddle and turned to make my way back to the Citadel. I turned from the edge of the tree line overlooking the Sea of Ghosts and began walking back into the depths of the forest, I growled and glanced up, straight into the face of primal doom.

The werewolf roared in rage before pouncing, it caught me in the chest driving me back out of the trees. I tumbled out of the trees on my own sliding back towards the edge. I sat up to see a massive black wolfish grin stepping out of the undergrowth. I scuttled back and tumbled over the side. With a throaty heave of a laugh it stepped to the edge and howled. leaping down after me. I hit the ground with a thump and cast the frigid spear at its rapidly descending form impaling it just under the heart. It roared at me ripping the icicle from its frame, pinning me to the ground with one hand while the other caught my jaw. It snarled leaning forward scanning the shoreline.

I began gagging as its blood poured from the wound below its heart into my mouth. It seemed to have caught the beasts attention drawing its baleful gaze back to my face...

It squinted at me leaning forward to pour more of its foul blood into my mouth before clamped my mouth shut, and covering my nose. I put up a fight while it buried its claws into my near bare chest it's other hand still clamped over my face, I struggled to keep myself from swallowing the blood and failed. I stomached the blood while it's tongue lolled from its mouth in a second wolfish grin. I glared, growling beneath it's hand.

Calder Odinnson It pushed itself up, wrenching its claws in my chest. drawing a scream of pain from my lips as i clamped my hand down on its wrist using its motion to pull myself up. My grip turning its flesh beneath my hand it became severely frostbitten and cracking from it's bones. I lunged up thrusting my thumb into its eye, releasing a jet of ice and frost into its skull. It yelped, wrenching its face away from my grip backhanding me away.

Without thought I slapped the ground and slide my hand round flicking dirt in its direction. As the dirt flung towards it a massive lance of ice thrust forward impaling the beast in the gut, I snapped my fingers pointing at the ground in 2 locations around the beast before snapping my fingers once more, swinging my hands back up to point at the beast. Two more lances of ice ripped into its flesh.

My heart beat heavily causing my vision to flicker black momentarily before receding back to normal. I shook my head to clear it, taking a deep breath before casting Blizzard. I followed up, freezing its feet with a jet of ice working my way up its body. It ripped the ice lance from its belly. I froze the rest of its body into place coating it head to tail in ice.

I circled the beast slowly one hand probing my wounds. As I finished my circling of the beast i reached up and ripped its snarling lower jaw from its maw. I tossed it to the side and picked up a large piece of driftwood and groaning in pain smashed its limbs from its body. I sat back heavily wincing in pain. With an aggravated and pained groan I began tearing the cloth. It took some doing, but I was finally able to create a bandage tying it into place before getting up and stumbling off, back towards the city.
